Mr Peter Poon

Peter is the current president of the New Zealand Shoulder and Elbow Society (2017-2019).  He is highly experienced in treating all conditions of the shoulder and elbow, having performed more than 10,000 shoulder and elbow operations and the largest number of shoulder replacement surgeries.

Aside from his clinical practice he is highly involved in teaching and multiple research endeavours.

Mr Anthony Cheng

Anthony specialises in all orthopaedic hand and wrist conditions, with a particular interest in peripheral nerve injuries and microscopic surgical techniques.  He is New Zealand's first surgeon to be awarded the Royal College of Surgeon's Post Fellowship Education Certificate in Hand and Wrist surgery after completing multiple hand and wrist fellowships.

Mr Simon Chinchanwala

After completing orthopaedic training in New Zealand in 1998. Simon underwent fellowships in brachial plexus, hand and wrist surgery in London, UK and Toronto, Canada.  He specialises in all hand and wrist conditions with a focus on brachial plexus injuries.

Mr Albert Yoon

Albert was awarded the Presidents prize for best trainee during his orthopaedic training.  Subsequently, he completed fellowships in hand and wrist surgery at the Hand and Upper Limb Centre in Canada and the Royal North Shore Hospital in Sydney Australia.  He specialises in all hand and wrist conditions.

Ali specialises in hip, knee and foot and ankle conditions. He has completed fellowship training  in complex knee sport injury reconstruction in the Chelsea Westminster Hospital in London.  As well as in the centre of excellence at Stanmore Royal Orthopaedic Hospital in the UK specialising in hip and knee replacement and resurfacing surgery and complex foot and ankle surgery.

Mr Peter Misur

Peter is a New Zealand trained orthopaedic surgeon specialising in hip and knee surgery.  He performs joint replacements as well as managing a wide ragnge of knee injuries, including meniscal and ligament tears. Peter has undergone sub-specialist training in North America. He can provide both non-operative and surgical management options for acute injuries as well as arthritic conditions.

Mr Matt Walker

Matt specialises in hip and knee complaints, providing expert evaluation and management, including surgical intervention. He has a particular interest in hip and knee joint replacement and soft tissue injuries to the knee such as meniscal tears, cartilage damage and ACL rupture. He is the current clinical director for orthopaedics at North Shore Hospital.
